Uri is the executive director of sales and marketing at Antares Barcelona, bringing almost three decades of leadership experience and marketing expertise. Much of his career has been spent in the US, where he held senior leadership roles with some of the world’s leading real estate developers and brokerages, including The Ritz-Carlton, OneWorld Properties, Four Seasons Private Residences, and Coldwell Banker. Uri focuses on aligning global marketing, sales, and operations to position Antares Barcelona for long-term success, driving global lead generation, leading digital outreach, and local and international broker engagement. 

Anna started her career in finance, boasting international experience in investment banking, private equity, business development, and financial analysis. She has previously worked with major investment firms, such as Merrill Lynch, as well as smaller start-ups. She went on to establish Living Lab, a consulting firm focused on offering advisory services on prime real estate and value-driven investments. Today, she leads the sales team at Antares Barcelona, helping HNW and UHNW individuals make informed investment decisions. 

Carla graduated from Queen Mary University London with an MSc in marketing. She has since honed her skills across several key disciplines, including communications, social media, event management, and copywriting, across industries such as fashion, luxury resorts, and real estate. Carla is a pivotal member of the sales and marketing team at Antares Barcelona, supporting the strategy, development, and delivery of marketing and sales campaigns. 

Aina holds a degree in marketing, advertising, and public relations from ESERP Business and Law School, Barcelona, and is currently expanding her international profile by studying Mandarin Chinese. As part of the sales and marketing team at Antares Barcelona, Aina coordinates marketing campaigns with multiple external partners, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the brand’s strategic objectives. In parallel, she acts as a key point of contact for clients, supporting them throughout the sales process and contributing to a seamless, high-end customer experience. 

EIisabet began her professional career as a production assistant, later working on commercial projects in Barcelona and Madrid, and then on 3D projects for an animation post-production company. She went on to found her own production company, which she ran for more than a decade. She currently leads the events department as director of events and is also an active member of the sales team. Her role includes coordinating book launches, cocktail receptions, art exhibitions, and film shoots within Antares Barcelona, while also supporting the sales department.

Sebatian joined Antares Barcelona in July 2026 as a real estate market intelligence and commercial analyst. With a background in engineering, and previous experience at CaxiaBank across sales, rental, and operations,  Sebastian brings broad real estate expertise across both the public and private sectors. At Antares Barcelona, Sebastian analyses the Barcelona prime residential market and its competitors, turning market data, pricing and buyer insight into clear conclusions so the sales team and management can make informed decisions. Working in both Spanish and English, Sebastian brings a precise, methodical approach.
